In keeping with our long-term strategy for growth across the total Pet Food category we are
delighted to confirm that with immediate effect the Teeling Petfood Group has acquired two manufacturing facilities in the Dry Complete and Treats and Snacks categories.

The Dry Complete factory is sited in Veenwouden in Holland and has an annualised capacity of
65.000 tonnes manufacturing both Dog and Cat ranges under both Retailer and Proprietary Brands.

The Snacks and Treats factory is sited in Opmeer also in Holland and has an annualised capacity of 15.0000 tonnes . The factory is capable of manufacturing a wide variety of Snacks and Treats for both Dogs and Cats once again under Retailer and Proprietary Brands.

The two new acquisitions take us into the Dry and Snacks and Treats categories and are designed to complement the single serve alu-tray facilities at Hoogeveen and Heerhugowaard – giving the Teeling Group a wider presence across the total Petfood category.
